What services do we offer?

We are a Language Services Company and we offer translations and Interpretation services in Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Russian and English languages. For the end of 2018 our goal will be to offer translations in four more languages including Arabic. We also provide Language Training courses 1-2-1 or in groups at our premises or at your offices.

Can I get a refund if I miss classes?

Regrettably, we are unable to refund them. Cancelling a 1-2-1 class by the student can be accepted with no charge only if done 5 working days in advance.

If the Tutor will be unavailable at any group lesson due to unforeseen circumstances there will be a substitute teacher on that occasion. If not possible, a refund will be given at the end of the term.

Gift Voucher & Classes Terms

Gift vouchers and classes booked by block are valid for the length of 6 months from the date of acquisition.

Are our Translators and Tutors qualified?

Yes, our Translators and Tutors are all in possession of a degree and experienced in Language teaching. Plus they are native speakers and highly qualified.

Payment methods

We accept payments via Bacs. The student will start classes only once the payment has been received.

For Parents and childrens attention

We require to parents and guardians to make the tutor aware of any medical condition (including behavioural issues) that their child may have.

I can't enrol because I travel a lot. Is there any way to get away with it?

Yes, first please enrol in a group class and then we'll offer you short catch up classes for the lessons you missed. They are 15 minutes long, the tutor will offer a longer session if necessary. Just book it in advance to get a slot and we'll update you with the main points from the missed classes. Send us a message enquiring the available times.

What happens if the student is late for a 1-2-1 tuition?

We ask for punctuality : if you are late for a lesson, unfortunately we can not extend it into someone else's lesson.


The Language Tutor can not guarantee exam success and is not responsible if the student does not make good progress or pass exams.

The founder of our Language Services Company is registered as a DELE Examiner, so if you wish to sit an exam to obtain a Diploma she'll provide you with all the tools you might need from examination syllabus to past papers. It requires a great deal of commitment from the students.
